Hi @Greenhill7 I am intrigued by your post about two things. firstly how you get put in charge but are annoyed by people. Can I ask what position your in charge of and do you apply for a particular position or do you all just turn up to work and they just give you the management role? And what area are you educated in?

I noticed you are in a consolidation process with another stock called red mountain mining (rmx) which looks like a 32:1. As you are in this process can you highlight to us how this has affected your portfolio ?
My understanding is:
3M shares @ .001 ($3K bought value) would now be 95,782 shares (if valued at 1c)= $958...approx  BUT currently looks like $95.78 value though, what are your thoughts on a consolidation after experiencing it first hand?

Another question open for debate, out of all the companies in the Nevada area that have been there for many many years  why is only one producing Li? (i.e:Ambermarle)
