This stock has layed all the right foundations.
Acquired more land even though the pressure was on to begin drilling (you can always drill, you can't always acquire land)
Their strategy for the future is well placed and can easily turn into a solid stock. It's not a 2-3 month hold, its a long term slow and steady gain
