The SPP is targeting $2 million before costs with an issue price of $0.006 (0.6 cents) per share. All applications made and accepted through the SPP will also include a one for two free attaching option, which will be exercisable at $0.01 (1 cent) per option and expiring 2 years from the date of issue
At the record date for this CR 18th NOV 22 the SP was .006 as it was for days prior..
So what did S/Hs get zero discount but hey they got those sweet 1c ex price options that have been cut off at the knees with the Bill+ .003..
