It's the Delphi loan which was converted to an unfair and unreasonably generous royalty, as re-assessed independently by BDO (at shareholders repeated prospectus expense).
There was a large minority of shareholders mobilised to vote in protest, but it passed with an inexplicable directors' recommendation and major holder votes unfortunately. The same major holders also supported significant retrospective incentive director options for landmarks substantially already achieved.
