Good post and agree with your views. They need to fully understand what they have , ie size, grade, depth, potential LOM, recoveries, changes to mill, etc of the resource otherwise they may the same mistake as previous management did. I am always of the view that they should do things properly rather than half baked.
Making an FID later this year may be very good timing if the POG increases a lot as most experts predict - we may find sentiment towards gold stocks especially developers very positive making it much easy for SPR to raise debt and not having to rely on equity to restart the mill. And it will not take 2-3 years to restart and maybe only 6 months so SPR can still take advantage of hopefully high POG!
