As before @debarwa, (my guess only as to why a bid hasn’t come already) I think the gap between the actual MRE and the potential optimistic MRE has to close a bit for a deal to get done - with large shareholders on both sides willing to be patient. Even today, what the heck are those Sky Fox holes showing?! As a shareholder I’d expect to be paid something for that possible upside, as a buyer, not so sure, especially as others have said, given the chequered past at Dalgarangah. Anyways, very exciting indeed.
