Hi Plough, I'm certainly no geologist and I would be interested in other examples of the same phenomena.
However, I did have a prospecting experience once where I followed some surface gold up a hill and found 3 areas in close proximity where the gold was outcropping from. A mate and I went as deep as we could but it looked to me like there were coming from a similar source. Maybe this experience is influencing my interpretation of what we are seeing with SPR?
Also, I am paying close attention to Simon's enthusiasm and not discounting it. I've been around gold long enough to recognise gold fever when I see it. Finding gold does things to people, and the excitement is hard to contain. I've seen a lot of corporate presentations etc over the years and it is rare to see genuine enthusiasm like what we are hearing and seeing from Simon.
