It seems hole 52 is the parent hole and they are going to use it to drill above hole 52 ( ie maybe they are the holes planed with the +in the image on page 1) to increase the confidence in the resource. The “daughter” holes off hole 52 will speed up drilling and assay results. This is the quote from page 4.
