I have no insider knowledge, this is just a guess based on my observations of this and other stocks. There are always people in the know and those will buy or sell based on their insider knowledge. If CHR had positive results pending you would see the SP price fly on the other hand when the SP price drops like a stone like it happened here means those in the know have been quietly getting out.
If what the director said had an ounce of truth, the insiders would have been buying and the SP wouldn't be where is at currently. Directors may not be able to buy but their relatives, friends, neighbours, etc can. It pains me as I also lost a fortune on this gamble.
