The market not convinced of what? These speccies rarely get excited by pre-drill geo reports. This ann at least represents a pulse. Grant money is handy, uranium anomaly timely - a 30 million lb deposit 20km away, who knows? A sniff from the bit would be the turnaround you mention.
I’m still of the opinion a project from left field was brewing, still could land but for now is on the back burner. An updated top holder list would be very interesting imo.
