Oh, funny that, especially when most shitco's will announce a T20 for heads and oppies after a raise.
It might be worth reminding them of your rights and their obligations. Though, I'm not up to speed regarding the sections of company law relates to it.

Usually when I request one I may sometimes suggest it's for my own use, or, you can also offer to to distribute if it has personal/ contact details.
Directors get daily emails of T20 and daily movements, so, saying its difficult/ inconvenient doesn't wash
