What the MXR share price is going through is probably a good illustration of the lingering hang-over of a big cap raising if you don't have exceptionally strong and frequent newsflow following it. The price is easy to manipulate down on small volume, buyers aren't enthused, and the stock simply to gets dumped so it can be bought back lower. You can see it getting pushed down to try and get that line at 6.3 cents filled.
