Permit 13698, is the one that sit's right in the middle of AVZ's Manono project that caused a little controversy recently.
That light area right in the middle of AVZ's Manono? That's the new TTX venture, and it's an exploitation permit which "grants exclusive rights to mine the tailings of the historical Manono-Kitotolo mine for lithium, tin and tantalum".
Sheesh things are never simple around Manono are they.
