    I hope so but probably not in the short term imo with everything that's happening on the macro and with ev's moving away from RE's. DRE's the bell weather for punter sentiment and the chart their is not looking good. CDR's still waiting for permits so I'm bottom drawing this for a while due to the lack of liquidity in this stock. GL.
