Given the possible discount incurred in selling a 3.2m block of shares the trigger exercise price is probably more than 30c (brokers aren't long-term holders). However, if all 3.2m options are exercised it becomes a 4.3% stake. It's possible that the broker has done a deal with someone interested a significant sub-5% stake. The combination of the price agreed and their broker commissions means exercising the option is worth while, even if the share price isn't at 30c. If a larger fish wanted a 4.3% stake in TG6, buying that on-market could easily take the share price up to ~30c (or more).

There are possible price triggers over the remaining period to the end of June but assay's back from drilling appears highly unlikely. The combination of the upcoming conference presentation and seismic results could shift the share price that much if either or both contain good information.

Possibly a left field announcement regarding field work undertaken including soil assays. While they were waiting all that time for permits hopefully David had his Geo’s on the ground looking for new opportunities.

While it’s currently not reflected in the SP hats off to David and team for their openness and transparency. They do this a lot better than most in this end of the market
