They don’t waste money by employing, at this stage, unnecessary staff so I can live with the logistical delays of a week or two and much prefer having that money be used far more constructively than paying someone to sit on their arse most of the time not doing very much at all. Overall they run a very lean mean operation and funnel all those savings into exploration etc far more preferable than being over staffed in my opinion.
