Considering the report is going to be around mid May that's around six weeks past the end of March. They would have obviously known that this would be delayed, in my eyes, they been feeding BS. This type of work doesn't just fall behind overnight!
Is this timeline just throwing another dart at the board or is it going to be fair dinkum?
What else could possibly prevent the target from being hit?
Seems to me that there's always something else to slow down the target date.
Has a time line been completed and it been laid out. It would also be good see the projected timelines that have been spruiked overlayed with the actual timeline.
Then comes the costs, one would think that this is blowing out with timeline, they usually go hand in hand.
Perhaps another consideration then has to be around how this will get to production in timely, efficient and profitable ways.
