I see from the top 40 shareholders that Chairman Tommy McKeith has 2.158m shares & CFO Jutta Zimmerman has 1.956m shares. Always nice to see some of management have skin in the game. Although at the current share price these quantities don't represent large amounts of personal capital. But a good sign nevertheless. Management appears competent.
PRX also has very cheap gold, as ounces per dollar of market cap, compared to most other goldies.
I am still pondering my next move and may change from "Hold" to "Buy".
