i have sent an email to OAR re the pricing of the new options. (no reply)
When they were issued they knew there were already 4cent options, so not only these new options at a 25% discount but also would trade at 25% less, ie ,003 of today which is 50% less than the average for a month prior to the list. seems .004-5 (on the 4cent is the norm now) ...still this is not as good as the .003 although its in a very restrictive trading, due to institiuations having be given these options. NOT Fair!!
why would any one buy option for 4cent exercise at .004 or .005 when .003 is available with exercise at 3cents?!!
and they are due within week of each other.
hopefully in the end both SP and options will be worth heap in a year! still makes me unhappy that it will be at 50% better off under the 3cent options.
I think both shares and options (maybe) aren't allowed to be issue at too much of a discount - haven't found it yet but there is a limit on what discount can be give. disappointing
