    From the WA side, the main issue here with the granting of the blue striped tenements (or not) is that the dull blue areas are the "Ord River Regeneration Reserve" whose purpose is "regeneration of eroded areas in Ord River Dam Catchment Area".

    The sensible solution for the company is to relinquish tenment blocks with the deeper blue and then carry on as it wishes.
