The only doubts I had regarding the royalty was that there had been a transfer from the original buyer a Middle Island Res. / Alto Mining.

    from 2016
    https://resourcesroadhouse.com.au/_blog/Resources_Roadhouse/post/middle-island-acquires-sandstone-gold-mining-and-processing-project/

"The tenements come with a legacy 2 per cent NSR royalty payable to Troy, along with a royalty of $1 per tonne of ore mined and processed from M57/129 that is payable to Herald and National Resources Exploration."

The financial situation for both companies is a lot better than in the past and I bet ultimately there will be hundreds of thousands of ounces being mined from the tenements. Resources are above 500k, but a lot of it will never make it into reserves.

500000 oz mined would mean $30m in royalties to Troy.

Basically a second exploration play where Troy is going to profit massively.

And do not forget the iron ore royalty in Brazil.
