It sure looks like people are accumulating around the 13c level.
which, thinking about it is 50% above 30 day VWAP roughly.
I would be very interested to se if in 30 days, accumulating continues closer to 20c rather than 13.
just a theory, not investment advice. Maybe its bias however if I was accumulating, thats how I would do it.
