Suppose we are off topic slightly but it's all connected in the region and affects ENXs potential.
The environment minister gave approval for exploration within the forest as long as there was minimal disturbance. I think the government wants to encourage the company's success otherwise why let them in?
Govt is aware of the magnitude of what CHN has so a mine will be built. How it's done and where they start digging is for better minds than us to decide.
The fact it's a state and not a national forest makes a difference.
