Just think for a moment. Drilling companies are familiar with the work they do and how its performance seems to be going BEFORE the company gets the drilling cores assessed. The company cannot call a trading halt until AFTER the drilling core assessment.
I was personally one of those people that bought up quite heavily (by my standards) on the last trading day before the announcement, and being in Sydney have no contact with anyone with inside info. And in my honest opinion there was nothing unusual about that trading day.
And remember, SPR does not have a huge SH base. So if SPR's holder base has a strong day, it is unlikely it will have another solid day so quickly again regardless of what announcements appear.
Again, I am not saying you are definitely wrong but I also don't think being as confident of leakage as you are is justifiable.
