    but then how would they divide that?

    if the demerge, then what is STB, is it the Potash, or is it the Aussie gold/nickel/failed pot tenement ala RWD?

    I would guess that they would say that STB is the Aussie deposit and the spin-off would be the Eri Potash.

    makes commercial sense, no?
