I think the options need close examination...was there a shortfall etc. not sure I followed all the conditions re 12 months etc...

so if there were delays caused by the blossoming paja could that option expiry date be extended pending an outcome?
If you pay the 10 cents before expiry do you have full shares with voting rights etc?

also read in the fine print of an old asx ann that Blue Nightingale held something like 30% of nkwe SA and more after a JV....which might be old outdated now...but they were in there with big holding imo...but we dont mention them much.
Maybe a big meeting Bilbo that included the SA factor/subsidiary?/part?
or have I misunderstood....again.
