    One thing Russell should bear in mind is EMU's experience drilling in Chile, they lost a year of exploration because they used a Chilian Drilling Company and this year they transported a drill rig and crew from WA to Chile to make sure the drilling campaign succeeded.

    Something for Russell to think aabout, maybe he should phone the Chairman of EMU and have a chat!?
