The ALK defeating condition may not need to be waived. I would not be surprised if prior to the 21st that RMS held acceptances of > 50% of the EXU voting shares.
EXUs reserves being exploited by RMS excites me- 1.2m + in growing reserves, 200-250k ozs of production per annum, a 2 c FF dividend. Wow, wow wow. The upside is massive.
