Project Exoneration ListFormal application was recently made to the DRC Government for substantial duty exoneration associated withall project-related items required to be imported into the DRC for the initial construction and future operation ofthe project. Some 4,000+ initial line items were identified and priced with their consumption estimated over an8-year period.The procedural step of compiling and submitting a detailed exoneration list is a key step in the execution of theproject.
