On the surface this looks amazing. Can only think that the lack of definitive growth plan is perhaps holding it back? Never get a great ratio with a 6 year profit period only.
Maybe expand out the solar farm? renewable energy companies are on a run! ;P
But portfolio plus asks some good questions. Irrespective, Ill take 10% dividends for the next 6 years if I have to anyway! Just need to rustle up some cash and I think Ill have to jump in.
