They've cleared what is by far the biggest hurdle - separating the ionic metal from the rock crystal lattice into a precipitate that wouldn't look too different to any metallurgical precipitate apart from the impressive selection of precious metals. Amazing achievement.
From there I would imagine it's into the furnace for the gold et al pour...
