I thought it was an exemplary start.
Be wary of VUL, their PFS is very risky with some unjustifiable assumptions, such as brine flow rates, their lithium grades are very low, they are using a new, untested lithium extraction process, and their assumptions for the geothermal power plant are questionable. Otherwise, I quite like their project.
