Considering ADN/MEP already have 287 square Kilometers of prime Kaolin/Halloysite land to explore, I can't see why their focus would be to acquire more land nearby.

Especially considering they have already found a lifetime supply of the mineral, which is more than enough for them.
Plus all that other land around Carey's Well left to explore.

This PNN nearology timing is perfect in this space and I hope they acquire every inch of the 1129sq km's of land.

Hillside minerals may not have previously been up for acquisition either, maybe Covid played a role.

Look at PUR next to CHN, same thing everywhere...
