I would say the Bozo would have googled it by now and realised he was wrong.
Aftera shareconsolidation, a current shareholder holds fewer shares, but each shareisproportionately worth more. As a result, shareconsolidations donotchangethe aggregatevalueof what shareholders own or the overallmarket capitalizationof the corporation.
