I'm astounded at this presso and page 6 tells the real story. Check the number of auger holes with average grades at 0 - 2% and 2 - 4%. These outweigh any positives by a large amount.
Anyone can see that the very vast majority of holes are in this low range. A shame the company doesnt quote an average result from auger results as it would appear to be at 1 - 3% at best.
Overall, this is extremely low grade in my view and punters need to read this very very carefully. The Company has highlighted the few nice results but mining these holes in a large range of low grades is not economic and anyone with any knowledge knows this.
I look forward to seeing their resource upgrade. Whilst they have reported a resource at an average grade of 4% I wonder how much they have drilled that is in the 1 - 3 %? Based on this, a lot.
