It's not downramping if you're just sharing your opinion. I don't mind seeing different views etc as long as we can all discuss it reasonably.

NXM did have $10.4 million in the bank at the end of the year though. And with no significant activities since then, we should still have around the $10mill you would think. That is plenty of money for an extensive exploration campaign without the need to raise in the first half of the year.
Possibly a raise in the second half off the back of any significant discovery/results?? Who knows.

We do also have the GIB shares and options that can be sold at the end of the year from memory.
I'm disappointed with how this panned out as well, but still trying to look on the bright side for long term.
