this shortage in not relevant or even a remote risk to a copper mine mongolia. At the southern border they practically give it away. You just pay for transport. At the far side of the western border the stockpiles of sulphur are so large that the EBRD will subsidise any innovation you have to take it away, as it’s an environmental risk.
