I actually did this yesterday on the Red Mountain Mining website enquiry form. Mauro replied within 3 hours of my enquiry emailing me the updated form and details to exercise. Bank transfer is available and you need to send Mauro your bank remittance along with the completed form via a reply email.
Originally I contacted the share registry Computershare and they had no idea what was going on. They told me to post them a cheque using express post. Glad I followed up with the company directly.
