Whilst Sam may not be good at marketing, the release was authorized by the board - thus where could have chosen to be more upbeat, they did not
mention of a large low grade resource and also high grade seems confusing
a few months ago there was mention of significant chromite veining in two of the holes - this has not be reflected in the announcement
SRL certainly cannot be accused of being very bullish about the results [perhaps they know they do not need to be bullish]
