Management needs changing one way or another. The delays, the dumps, the inefficiency, the overseeing has failed on every count. The opportunities have been missed. Even a successful result will now not be where it should have been if boxes were ticked and done at the time they were promised.
Its not how you do things or announce things and its just one thing after another. As many have said looks rushed but i say its inexperience at this level.
If you say things make sure you do it and commit. If you miss dates then the next day say why you have missed, if you cant do it, then apologize and think what you should do next or say to yourself have i missed the mark.
