Well - it is somewhat intriguing. Seems to be a lack of any sense of urgency by BNL to move things along. Think what is concerning is that BNL still has day to day expenses - lease payment, employee costs etc. They don't stop because of delays in drilling.
I qualify that by saying I have no experience with the drilling process - and there could be quite legitimate reasons for the slow process.
Still, everything seems to take forever.
