"IF" NST has ANY interest in STK, it would be a walkover. NST is STK x 50.
When people are showing concern about STKs MC, sure it's jumped a bit, but, the size of those trades yesterday had KNOWLEDGE written all over them. I don't think that there's any speculation about how this drilling programme is progressing. And keep in mind that STK holds $17 million in NST shares.
STK already has a Substantial Holder in Shane Ball with 5% of the company, 80 million shares. Some very big money interested in STK!!! Yes, might soon see some Form 603s and 604s!!!
