    The stock rallied because S3 Consortium released they nonsense newsletter via Catalyst Hunter @ 2:30pm today.
    The S3 Consortium get paid to pump (or in their words, advertise) stocks, and TG1 has paid them in shares, S3 currently own over 2.2m shares as a result of this deal/partnership for advertise (or pump, really) the stock.


    The stock didn't rally because of today's news.
