Why would anyone want a takeover???
Retail investors end up losing...Why??
Whoever that decides to bring about a takeover will come with inflated SP and purchase us at a low value price as a percentage of the agreed SP (which is inflated) and when the shares are issued you will get less shares than anticipated, and when the deal is over and shares transferred the SP will drop to it's
average or below SP. You will find that you will be in a loss situation where you will struggle to recover your losses.
