God forbid, the CEO of a struggling ASX O&G company is releasing information to support the share price, after a decline from nearly 50 cents.
A few days ago, he was being criticised for the radio silence (by me included).
It's pretty simple: release information as it comes to hand. If there is no 'news', then the occasional shareholder update to calm peoples' nerves (for example, a Walyering month gas report) doesn't hurt either.
When confidence is low, a lack of information combined with uncertainty leads some to pull the plug.
So, I think its great we've had a couple of good announcements and that SN is doing another quarterly briefly early next week.
