Same with Talon, far from happy with that deal ( Talon board let us down), Imo STX stole it so I rolled into here, then bingo, got a whole lot worse.
He can't or shouldn't withhold information that is MS, law.
It's his job to protect the company from takeover, if a takeover does eventuate, it's his/board job to review and comment on, for or against dependant on conditions
