That is not the case the CSBP involvement had nothing to do with SE as at this point WE hadn't been drilled.
imo SE only came about as a way to stifle WGO but WGO then secured the Alcoa contract etc etc STX plan to take over WGO failed and that's the real reason they are where they are. The EGO got in the way should have stuck to the plan develop WE and all would have been ok
