WGO was clean with no liabilities ( apart from the worst operator in the PB ) no pre sold gas and you forget about the average to the north which could be the next PB.
STX : CSBP, OH tried to farm out for years no one interested, SE 1 is part of WE, SE 2 & 3 duds, Wayerling compartmentalised not a large pool of gas.
If W7 isn't gang busters 20c will be a dream.
Saying that imo still think if there is a bidding war 25c will be the price.
