No just typical of this company applying pressure to create resistance when the market conditions are bad enough for spec stocks without shooting oneself like the company has with significantly discounted raises that don’t support the SP.
Still at a $9 million market cap - realise there are plenty of $3-6 million companies on here with no more (or less apparent) risk and the same amount of uncertainty, yet PFE still trades at a surplus to them.
