I'm pretty sure the ASX listing rules don't care about holidays or people's sleeping patterns - when the results are in hand, the company is responsible for announcing them. I wonder if the results were different, would you care about the timing?
Also, on another note, SR has been explicit about his intention to drive mining services, which will fund any future exploration activities instead of diluting shareholders. Best we see how that plays out over Q1.
